Poster Instructions

We kindly ask that at least one of the authors be present at the poster during the designated periods listed below, i.e. breaks between sessions. The posters will remain accessible to attendees throughout the Conference.

  • The poster set up should be completed by 9:00 am Tuesday, July 15. Please do not remove them before 3:00 pm Thursday, July 17.
  • Each poster is allotted a 42-inch wide by 45-inch high (106 cm by 114 cm) space.
  • Posters will be mounted on display panels by pushpins, so you should construct your poster from paper or other lightweight material. Pushpins will be provided for you. Do not put your poster on thick poster board or any material that is not suited for pushpin mounting.
  • Each poster should have a heading indicating the title of the paper, author(s) and affiliation of the primary author at least.
  • It is recommended that the title should be easily readable from 10 feet (3 meters) away, and text and illustrations should be easily readable from 5 feet away (1.5 meters) away.

The organizer and convener of the poster session is Dr. Wat Chayaprasert, Department of Agricultural & Biological Engineering, Purdue University.
