Exhibit space is available for $1000 per display. One Congress registration is included in the exhibit registration fee. For a link to the conference area layout at the Sheraton click here.
The area that exhibitors will be set up in will be Lake Michigan. On the map it is the area designated as Arlington B. Exhibit spaces are available on a first come first serve basis. Spaces are table top exhibits. If you have any special requests for your exhibit area (i.e. electricity) please contact us as soon as possible.
Exhibitors will be able to set up during the registration and welcome reception on Monday night and also any time before the first break on Tuesday morning. See the agenda for more details on those times.
Exhibitors will be able to keep their exhibit space up all week. Conference room doors will be locked overnight, however, any thing of significant value shouldn’t be left in exhibit spaces after hours.
